Executive Order 69

I, TheWebShark, designated leader of the Scruffy Nerfherders Guild, in the Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes game, do hereby decree the following changes in guild policies, practices, and procedures, to be in effect immediately, on this the 9th day of July, in the year 2017.

GUILD OFFICER ELECTIONS

Guild Leader will no longer appoint guild officers.

We want the guild as a whole elect our guild officers. Details about how this process will go are outlined below. We reserve the right to update the Executive Order, at a later date, provided that guild leader makes it known to all guild members that an update had been done.

WHO CAN BE AN OFFICER?

• Officer Candidate needs to be an active and positive participant in guild who is willing to help and encourage everyone.
• Officer Candidate needs to be a member of the guild for at least 1 month
• Officer Candidate needs to use the Discord app (for our Leader Chat group)

NOMINATION PROCESS

• Nominations are now closed .

ELECTION PROCESS

• Elections are now closed.
• In case of a tie, one or more of the following options may be used to break the tie...
  • Whoever has the the highest guild exchange donations
  • A game of Star Wars Trivia will be held between the candidates
  • A game of Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock will be held between the candidates
